How to Renew GreenCloud Services
Whether you are a new customer or a returning one, understanding our renewal system is essential. New customers may want to learn how it works, while existing customers can explore the newly introduced “Renew Orders” feature. Our goal is to provide you with the most convenient options to manage your VPS services.
- Automatic Renewals 14 Days Before Expiration
Typically, our system generates a renewal invoice 14 days before the service’s expiration date, giving you a two-week window to extend your services. You can either pay the invoice manually or set up automatic payments via card or PayPal subscriptions.
You can easily find the invoices in the client area -> find the unpaid invoices and complete the payment for renewal invoices.
Once the renewal payment is completed, the system will automatically renew the corresponding VPS services. If this does not happen, please contact us for further assistance.
- Renewals On Demand
We’ve recently introduced the option to manually order service renewals directly from your Client Area. You can easily renew your services by following the steps below:
- Log into your client account and click on “Services” as shown in the image below:
- You’ll see a list of services with an “Actions” section on the left, where the “Renew Services” option is available:
- Clicking on “Renew Services” will take you to a cart where you can select the services you’d like to renew:
Only services available for renewal will be displayed. If you don’t see the products you wish to renew, please open a support ticket, and we’ll assist you. We recommend renewing any available “Addons” at the same time as the parent services to avoid service suspension due to overdue Addon payments. - On the right-hand side, you’ll see the cart order summary. Click on “View Cart” to proceed with your renewal order:
- You’ll then be directed to the “Review and Checkout” page, where your order will be summarized:
- Finally, click “Checkout” and choose your preferred payment method to complete the renewal process.
After payment is processed, the services will be successfully renewed. If you encounter any issues, such as invoices not being marked as paid after you’ve completed the payment, please open a support ticket for further assistance.
